Founded by Dr. Bertha Robinson, author, educator, leadership coach, and creator of the Butterfly Framework™ Identity Transformation Cycle, Butterfly Consultants is rooted in the belief that transformation begins within. Dr. Robinson’s work focuses on helping individuals understand who they are, recognize what influences how they live and lead, and become more intentional about who they are becoming.
Through education, leadership development, consulting, and transformational experiences, she brings identity and personal growth together in practical ways. Her work includes the LOVE Is Me™ book series and P.O.W.E.R.
